SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Currently, we proudly ship to the following regions:

Latin America We do not ship to destinations outside of these geographical areas at this time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Since we work with global distribution centers to bring you the best technology, our standard transit time is between 7 to 15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Unexpected delays due to customs, extreme weather, or local postal service issues are outside of our control.
4. Shipping Rates & Promotions
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nexa Box Store (HERA SZ LTD) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
